Zolviq started with a question: what keeps getting in the way for the people running businesses across Canada? We looked closely at what owners say about their work, and the same few complaints kept coming up. Customer details are kept in a spreadsheet, bookings are taken by phone and written in a diary, invoices are typed by hand and chased by email, and the website was built years ago and has not been touched since. Each of these works well enough on its own, but none of them connect, so a person ends up being the link between them, retyping information and remembering who needs a call back.
Most of those problems have well-understood answers: a CRM that holds the customer records, a website that takes bookings, a portal where customers can check on their own order or appointment, and automation that passes information from one to the next. What many businesses lack is someone to set those up properly and hand them over in a state the team can run. That is the work Zolviq was started to do. Our focus is the technology itself. We do not run advertising or manage social media. We build the system, test it, and hand it over with documentation.
What We Do
Zolviq implements and builds the technology a business uses every day. That includes CRM systems, websites, online stores, customer portals, mobile apps, and the automation that connects them.
Each project starts with how the business operates today: how bookings come in, who follows up, where records are kept, and how invoices are sent. The system is built around that process.
We use established platforms where they do the job. WordPress, Shopify, HubSpot, Zoho, GoHighLevel, and Salesforce cover most of what a business needs, and they are easier to maintain than custom software. When a platform cannot do what the business needs, we build custom: a web application or portal in React, or a mobile app.

We connect the tools a business already uses so information moves between them without being retyped.
