Services and quotes
Zolviq implements and builds business technology: CRM systems, websites, online stores, customer portals, mobile apps, and automation. Information on this site describes our services in general terms; it is not a binding offer. Work begins only after both parties agree a written proposal that sets out scope, deliverables, timeline, and price. The agreed proposal governs the project and supersedes these terms for that project.
Using this website
You may use this site to learn about our services and to contact us. You agree not to misuse it, including by attempting to disrupt it, probing it for weaknesses without permission, submitting automated form entries in bulk, or copying its design and content for your own commercial use.
Intellectual property
The design and content of this website belong to Zolviq. Names and logos of platforms mentioned on this site (for example HubSpot, Shopify, Salesforce) belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe the work we do.
Ownership of deliverables produced for a client (code, designs, configurations) is defined in the project proposal. Standard practice is that ownership transfers to the client on full payment, while pre-existing tools and templates we bring to a project remain ours and are licensed to the client for use in the delivered work.

This website is provided as is. We aim for accuracy in what we publish, and we correct things when we learn they are wrong. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on general information published on this site.
